Currently the only good tool is pullcord by tsudoku. While it's an excellent piece of software it's more or less out of date. It also uses TSV as its output format, which isn't optimal. For our purposes a fork with contributions is likely our best path. It's also worth investigating WebAssembly support so users can self-serve archival requests.
